Rented a car from 24/7 to explore Mahé island. Flexible procedures in advance made that the car was delivered at Read More our hotel without any further admin. Samuel is a very friendly guy and also Bryan who did the pick up, both very flexible and responsive. The car was somewhat older than expected, but all working fine to have a nice tour. We drove 100 km in total and saw the whole, beautiful island. After we returned the car, it appeared to us that we left our hotel room keys in the car. One WhatsApp message was sufficient to get it back, where Bryan came back to deliver it at the reception. Great service, well done both! 👍
Three days before our arrival to Mahe, we called the company to confirm the availability of the cars for the Read More dates we needed a car. They confirmed and recommended us to do the online booking. Immediately after our phone call, we took the necessary steps. However, the day we arrived to Mahe, we received an email from Samuel that they didn’t have an available car. Even though they were kind enough to provide us other car companies contact details, it was a bit of a ‘late call’ and put our plans in danger, unfortunately. Therefore, I will suggest you to book quite some time in advance and continue to trigger them via an email/phone call after your booking online to be 110% sure that you’ll get a car.
Wow what an amazing experience. Ease of car pick up and ease of drop off. Less than 24 hours into Read More our arrival, we blew out two tires on a main road. This company helped us and provided us with two new tires and quickly responded to our call! We are so pleased about our experience with this car rental company and highly recommend them!!
Bryan was personable and kind, set us up with our rental car for 3 of our days in Mahé. The Read More only reason we can’t leave 5 stars is because the drop off was 10 minutes late and the pickup was 35 minutes late. Otherwise a good service.
