Yes, we do offer an out of hours pick up/drop off service.
All rentals are charged based on a 24 hour billing period. Only when a rental exceeds a cycle of 24 hours will any additional daily charge apply. We do allow a 30 minute grace period for your convenience at return. For example, if you picked up at noon on day one and returned at noon on day two you are within the 24 hour billing period and will be charged for one day. However, if you return at 1:00pm, you will be charged an additional day.
All extension of dates will require a new reservation and agreement. Contact us to ensure your extension, or rebook a reservation on our website for more time-sensitive arrangements.

Changes to prepaid reservations are subject to a EUR5 rebooking fee.

A deposit is not required. However, the renter is fully agrees to the terms and conditions of the rental before payment. The renter is liable to pay for any damages caused to the rental (depending on which insurance policy they have chosen)

Our website accepts bank transfer and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard etc.). We also accept cash in hand if you visit us during office hours.
Unless otherwise stated, the rental quote/price displayed on the final page when booking online includes the daily rate, statutory taxes, additional extras (if selected) and all surcharges and fees (if applicable)
If you return the vehicle before the return date listed in the rental contract, we will charge you according to the rental price listed in your contract.
Additional Vehicle Cleaning: We charge a cleaning fee if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, or with any strong odors, and requires extra cleaning.
24/7 operates on a strict non-smoking policy in all of our vehicles. We will enforce a special cleaning fee of EUR200 to the renter if a returned vehicle requires special cleaning to remove any evidence of smoking.
No, pets are not allowed in the vehicle.
Yes, delivery rates and prices are specified in the reservation process on our website.
Yes, we do offer one-way rentals between districts on Mahe Island. A one-way fee will apply.
Our fleet consist of the Kia Picanto, which falls under the non-specialty car category. When reserving non-specialty vehicles, you are reserving the car group and not a specific model/colour.
The Kia Picanto’s fuel type is unleaded. Roughly EUR30 will fill up its tank.
The renter of the vehicle is solely responsible for any parking citations and/or traffic violations incurred during their rental period. All customers should pay their citations and/or traffic violations immediately to avoid additional fees. If a parking citation and/or traffic violation is received by our office, the customer will be responsible for the amount of the citation plus an administrative fee.
As the registered owner of the car, we must rely on the toll authorities and parking/traffic agencies to provide us with the information in relation to tolls and all other violations. This time frame can vary anywhere from two to four weeks (or longer) after the end of your rental. Per our terms and conditions, are financially liable for all violations that we are made aware of after the rental has already ended, plus an administrative fee for each. Violations include traffic violations, parking violations, unpaid tolls and fines or penalties assessed against you, us, or the vehicle during the rental.
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS, RULES AND REGULATIONS
The minimum age to rent a vehicle in most locations is 21 and the driver must have a valid driver’s license. The driver must have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
A valid driver’s license for all named drivers – If your driver’s license is printed in non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, etc.), it must be accompanied by an international driver’s license. Any driver’s license originating from countries not part of the international driver’s license treaty must also be accompanied by an official translation.
Yes, we do allow up to 2 additional drivers per contract. If the additional drivers cannot be present when you pick up the vehicle, we must confirm that they have sent us their documents electronically (or physically by the present driver) before renting out the vehicle
No, at the time of booking, the driver’s name must be provided along with the drivers driving license.
All vehicles must be refueled to the same level that you received at the time of pick up. We also offer a pick up full or half tank, where we fill up for you. This way, you can save time during your stay on the island. If you are running late to return your car and you could not refuel or chose not to pre-pay your fuel, bring back the vehicle, and we can refuel it for a service fee.

CAR RENTAL PROTECTION IN THE SEYCHELLES
We offer two forms of Collision Damage Waivers – Our basic & premium options.
The Collision Damage Waiver reduces the financial responsibility for the rental vehicle for accidental damage or loss, provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions in the Rental Information.
If a new damage is discovered on the vehicle, it will be noted when the vehicle is returned. Our Claims Team will investigate the damage claim and you will be charged the applicable costs.
